Why We Love The Lovevery Subscription

As parents, we all want to make sure that our young kids are learning as best as they can. These concerns are valid and are usually paired with attempts to make sure they’re playing with stimulating toys and watching age-appropriate television. As someone who studied Early Childhood Education and is passionate about helping young children develop a love for learning, I’m so glad we found the Lovevery Subscription! They’re a company with quality Montessori and Waldorf inspired toys and books for your baby and toddlers. I’m going to tell you our top 3 reasons for why we love the Lovevery Subscription!

Open Ended Play

One of the best type of play for young children is open-ended play. This is when children are able to play in a way that’s free from rules or instruction. They’re free to interact with and use the toys wherever their imagination or curiosity takes them. Lovevery has designed each of their kits to include toys that offer that experience for your children in an age-appropriate manner. The toys are also made from sustainable, organic, and natural materials.

Unlike the light up toys you find at the store that only do one or two things and not much more, with the Lovevery subscription you’ll get toys that can be used various ways and for years to come. My eldest still plays will toys from kits from when she was around 1 years old. You’ll also get a pamphlet with ways to play with your child and engage them with each toy in the kit.

Research Done For You

Another thing I absolutely love about the Lovevery subscription kits is that since they’re made by professionals. The research is done for you. For years, the research has shown that children have windows of when they should be exposed to or learning certain things. From language to cognitive thinking. Each kit is specifically designed to make sure that your child is exposed to these things during those windows. As each kit is designed with up to 3 months’ worth of toys, they also come with a map or guide that provide you with the order of when to introduce the toy or activity, and how to help them engage with it.

As a parent who wants to make sure my child is on the right track, I love that I have Lovevery to guide me. They keep me informed on the types of things my kids should be learning. Their emails also come with a ton of information and resources to gain the most knowledge as well. Not everyone has the time to learn about child development. Lovevery makes it so simple to be better at making sure you’re meeting your child where they’re at instead of where you expect them to be.

New Toys Every 3 Months

Another thing I love about the Lovevery Subscription service is the convenience. It’s so ideal, these boxes are shipped out every 3 months. Each kit comes with about 4-6 toys/ activities and a book. These books are also great because they are about real-life situations. They’re books that your toddler and you can use as a resource to talk about certain topics. Topics like going to the doctor, making friends, or even their feelings. This is also great because it allows me to be conscious about the toys I bring into our home. Also to manage toy clutter. It makes toy rotation easier too. I know when to switch out toys to make sure my child is constantly being engaged and learning.

The price is the biggest concern for a lot of people. This is understandable, especially in today’s economy. They for can range from $80-$120 per kit, which as previously stated, are sent out every 3 months. I personally see the value in the kits though because of everything I mentioned. I see it as an investment in my children’s development in a way and that’s enough for me. For some families, that may just not be financially feasible and that’s okay too. Lovevery has a ton of great resources, including a podcast and courses for parents.

Will you try it?

All in all I give Lovevery a 10/10. Of course, this is just one parents opinion. To each their own, but if you’ve been wondering if it’ll be worth it, then here you go. Why we love the Lovevery Subscription! Being a mom is hard enough. When we’re able to share things that help us along the way, we help moms in need. Do you have any subscriptions kits?
